Married to former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole (R-KS)

Graduate: Harvard University, 1960, MA (Education & Government)

Law: Harvard Law School, 1965

Mrs. Dole was President of the American Red Cross for 9 years

She served under both the Reagan and Bush administrations

U.S. Secretary of Labor, 1989-83

Chairperson, Voters for Reagan-Bush, 1980

Elizabeth Dole has always been a team player who clearly demonstrates her commitment to serving the American people. She is a highly educated person who possesses superior leadership abilities as evidenced by her service as President of the American Red Cross.

Secretary of the United States Department of Transportation and Secretary of the United States Department of Labor which represent only a sampling of her professional resume. She embraces traditional family values and is an inspiration for the American people. Clearly she is the most qualified person to serve in the next Republican administration as Vice President of the United States. Dole has the ability to attract not only Republicans, but also Democrats and Independents. In addition, her presence will also attract women and young people.
